Billy from the pool service team was fantastic. Our pool heater stopped working just as we were getting ready for a long weekend, and Billy took the time to guide us through some troubleshooting steps over the phone. He helped us fix the problem quickly and didn’t even charge us for the phone support. We will definitely call them again for any pool repairs or service in the future!

I had a leak in my pool’s original skimmer that was causing air to get into the suction line and making me lose water quickly. The pool service company sent out a technician to check out the problem and gave me an estimate right away. They scheduled the repairs quickly and did an excellent job—Miguel paid close attention to detail, making sure the new tiles matched the original finish. After returning home from a weekend away, I found my pool pump wouldn’t start. I called for pool cleaning service and Miguel showed up quickly—my pump was working again in just a couple of hours. He was very friendly and knew a lot about pool care, even sharing helpful tips for my regular cleaning and some interesting information about my pool that I didn’t know before. I’ll definitely call them again for any future pool maintenance needs.
i am so pleased with how my pool turned out! the friendly guys pool services took out the old fiberglass using a hydro blast and put in a beautiful hydrazzo finish. they also added fresh tiles, a new railing, and a skimmer. billy was great and really paid attention to detail. i couldn't have picked a better crew for pool work in palm beach gardens. my pool looks amazing now!
