I've been a few times now to FED and each and every time I have been treated so well. The staff are so caring and lovely.
Used this service for the 1st time today and couldn't recommend it enough. Had a wonderful experience. The nurse's were caring and friendly and Dr Nwufoh couldn't help my husband enough. They explained everything and put a plan in place to manage his issue. The wait time was minimal. Worth the cost to be seen quickly and in a caring manner. Thank you
I attended last night with SOB, eye spasms and a few other minor problems. Upon discussions of discharge I expressed concerns for my eye sight/spasms and my neck spasming, and was told it’s just pregnancy related and to go home and relax. Mind you, this was 10 minutes before closing time. I ended up having to present to the Base hospital, and was triaged and seen immediately. I went to the friendlies today after waiting several hours at the base and I was seen after only 15 minutes! Every single staff member was lovely and the doctor was absolutely amazing, he explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed or that I was being dramatic, they understood I was in pain and needed help. It is definitely worth the money to go here, I was in and out within 1 and an half hours. Huge thank you to all the staff at the friendlies!!
