Austin, who works for the attorney is a terrible person and very unprofessional. I simply asked for updates because that what he told me he would do but instead he proceeded to tell me he would just “lie to you”. He went on to tell me that he would block my number because I asked him to do his job and provide the updates saying that I’m the client. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anybody because the only thing they care about is securing contracts and money. I would give them zero stars if it was possible
Barry was very professional in handling my needs from a car accident. He helped me navigate to work with the professional Doctors that attended to my needs and was on top of making sure that all the bills where paid for in a timely manor. I strongly recommend him to anyone that needs expert advice and assure you that he will satisfy your needs. I highly recommend him. Also I want to mention that his administrative assistant Nicki is always a pleasure to speak with and responds quickly to all your calls.
