This is how many times I have tried to ring the doctors this morning to then be told there is no appointment the receptionist are shocking to say the least no care no respect and no empathy
I've always had a really positive experience with the team at the Friary Surgery. Whoever I've spoken to have been polite, helpful, courteous and professional. Personally, I'm really happy with everyone there.
Called at this surgery on Tuesday 4/2/25 to find the building was closed with a notice saying "Closed for emergency staff training" good God how bad is this place it's time the medical board carried out an investigation into this practice it is definitely not fit for purpose.
Definitely the worse GP surgery I have experienced, doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Why take on patients if they can’t even get into see the doctors. Every time I ring for an appointment, the phone rings out for hours and hours, then when I get through you get told your not urgent enough and to try another day.
