Information on Google matches their website. Arrived at 5pm and the place is closed, evening seeing the screens inside saying they are open till 5:30pm. Cant get appointments because they want to go home early. Complete and inexcusable disgrace
Hello, for three days I have been calling Dr. O'Reilly to write me the prescription for the medicines that the orthopedist prescribed for me. And they tell me to make an appointment, and I ask how to record it without picking up the phone. My back and leg hurt a lot, but there is no one to discharge them. The recipe was sent online to GP. I am a cancer patient, what should I expect from GP if I get a crisis. Why do I need this doctor.
This is how many times I have tried to ring the doctors this morning to then be told there is no appointment the receptionist are shocking to say the least no care no respect and no empathy
I've always had a really positive experience with the team at the Friary Surgery. Whoever I've spoken to have been polite, helpful, courteous and professional. Personally, I'm really happy with everyone there.
