They really hate answering their phones
Just a heads up no matter how many times they tell you they will do virtual counseling, over the phone, via text confirmation with Dr's info. They are still going to gaslight you when you call them for the appointment and tell you it never happened, and that you need to come to an address you have never heard of in a couple months. Not to worry though when you go to that address after waiting for months they will also tell you the appointment you confirmed was never made. I called Monday morning and stayed on hold for 40 minutes. Just to get hung up on. I guess it really Manic Monday..
Laughably Inefficient to its core. Ancient in how they operate, the only emotion you won’t feel when dealing with this “establishment” is urgency…30 min waits if you’re lucky enough to get a human on the phone. Lucky if a case manager gets back to you that day, etc… Just an absolute tragedy all around, avoid if at all possible.
