Brandon is the person to work with in Wilmington. He not only walked me through about 12 properties, but took the time from the start to understand what I was looking for. He walked me away from properties and walked me into properties he knew I would like. He made sure every detail was correct and even after the deal was done, walked me into setting up all my services. At the end of it all, he did not run off with the sale.
