Great service up until about a year ago. Never had a problem with Freshly Roast Coffee but was shocked at their lack of customer service. They stopped changing the filters on the water cooler or coffee machine, last change was prior to 2020, and recently without discussion they removed equipment and wouldn’t offer a refund on unopened product. Would not recommend using them for your office coffee needs.
Great company to deal with.
