It is a trip for me to get to this store but it is always a pleasure. I am sorry I did not get the wonderful lady’s name that works in the specialty cheese section. She get MAJOR KUDOS for really going the extra mile. I thought I would take a chance and ask if they had Spiced Leyden cheese..a real treat that I rarely find. She said yes but she would need to cut it from a wheel she had in the back. While I usually have nothing but rave reviews to give regarding this store, today, on Valentines Day, I have a major complaint. We visited your store around 2pm today and purchased a filet and 2 of the warm water lobster tails. The lady working the counter went in the back and returned with our lobster tails. We came home, put them in the fridge and bought nothing of it until it was time to cook. I pulled the tails out the packaging only to find that they were FROZEN solid. This makes for a very depressing Valentines dinner ... read more
