Poor Customer Service. And the manager does not know how to handle escalated situations. I was at your Roswell Road Atlanta location last night. I experienced such bad customer service that it was overwhelmingly disheartening. I was angry that some could show this level of unprofessionalism to a customer. My son works at this location, and was in store with me, when I used his card (discount). There’s a lot of stuff you would find in here you couldn’t get in your average supermarket. Great if you like to experiment and try new things.
I cannot get the sale or special items as always out of stock lately. Last 3 times I have shopped I was unable to get the items I specifically came to the store to get. Including the Little Big Meal! No all the items were in stock. No help is offered in how to rectify the issue. If one item is out of stock you should offer an alternative or a rain check!

Meat quality has declined significantly. Last purchase of chicken cordon blue and beef Wellington were terrible, grisly, meat. Lamb chops were decent but meat counter attendant packaged them in a bundle and so were difficult to thaw; sloppy work. I will be going to Earthfare from now on.

We bought sushi and 2 different soups. The quay was horrendous. Threw th sushi away afraid of getting sick and the soups had no flavor whatsoever. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with a place we used to like to shop at. We are done with this store!
