Located inside a gym, this is a small venue, does have outdoor seating. Service was great, friendly folks. Food was delicious, farm to table. Would visit again when looking for a quick bite to eat in Manchester.
I come to Manchester, probably eight or nine times a year and this is now the only place I stop for lunch. The food and smoothies are AMAZING (and HEALTHY!) and the two women that own/run the place are awesome! I will keep going back!
I meet my mom for lunches here and have for the last three years. Owners are so kind & welcoming. Love it here.
What a lovely establishment, from the friendly faces, to the most delightful smell when you walk in the door. The food and smoothies are the most fresh and delicious option around if you want a quick healthy meal. Thankful for this place being so close to my work. It’s a must try!! Well done ladies, keep up the great work!
