This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I booked on Square on 9/1 for a 9/6 appointment and arrived at the confirmed address, only to find Raquel’s salon was no longer located there. When I called, she repeatedly denied my confirmed booking, blamed the app, and never apologized. She then told me to park across the street and walk down an alley, where I found her sitting in a car eating and scowling at me. I only go to Kk2 salon the lot is always packed not the best of parking
