Excellent accommodations wonderful stuff
$100 "processing fee" for cancelling more than a month prior to a 2-night stay?? My partner and I booked online ourselves after just checking out the website, not taking up any staff members' time, and the cancellation phone call was probably 2 minutes long, so it's wildly unclear what we are paying $100 for.
Our most recent dinner experience here was anything but memorable, primarily due to the overcooked hanger steaks that we received. We asked for medium rare/medium and received medium well/well done steaks, that were tough, chewy, and full of gristle. Sending back our steaks was always an option; however, waiting an additional half hour was not and we managed to eat what we could. We stayed here for our babymoon and it was perfect. It is nice and quiet and relaxing and they have a spa with prenatal massages. We love eating at the restaurant. The chef there is really top notch. We got to try the summer menu as well as the new autumn menu. Everything was phenomenal! The duck and pork shank were especially good. My favorite is the toffee Bundt cake for desert. The service is also high class. David and Issac were 10/10.
