love the omlet breakfast, comfy rooms and beds, they are very accepting with my service dogs. very friendly staff couldn’t ask for a better place to rest my head

The room was about 45°F when we got in. Had to turn the heater up and wait an hour for it to hear up. The hallways were even colder. The microwave sparked and zapped when we tried to use it. Price and location were good, though.

The rooms are not as pictured at all. They are quite small, dark, and dank. The sheets on the beds are iffy at best and when we lifted them to check for bed bugs the mattress was filthy. There was dirt and even some food particles on the mattress. It was really gross. We ended up taking the loss and leaving.

The manager up front tried his best to help us. Airbnb was supposed to make the reservation but it wasn’t there. We had only a few hours til we had to drop our son off at the airport. It took an hour to get it straightened out. Not sure who was at fault really. But once in, the hotel rooms are tiny. Hardly any room at the end of the bed to the wall.
