Not sure if I called at a bad time, however I was calling to schedule potential consultation and also reaching out on behalf of someone else. I began to explain the situation, and due to the tone of the response I ultimately felt that there was no want to even help me. Just very bland responses, awkward silence, just no interest in what I called about honestly. Just expected a more welcoming tone of voice and call for an initial conversation.
