Started the day with no hot water! They were out quickly to replace my water heater, valves and leaking pipe. High quality professionals!
Frank Niesen Co recently replaced the water line in our yard, which suddenly was broken. All levels of the company that I connected with were professional, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were courteous and responsive and always answered my questions and phone calls with a live person. I would certainly call them again with any plumbing needs, whether it was an emergency (like this one) or not. Thank you for your work!
I had a water line break from the street to my house and The Niesen Company replaced the entire line right away and did a professional job!
Didn't have right part and charged me to go get it. One hour to drive 2.2 miles to home Depot and back. Sent two men when only one was working!
