I had a water line break from the street to my house and The Niesen Company replaced the entire line right away and did a professional job!
Didn't have right part and charged me to go get it. One hour to drive 2.2 miles to home Depot and back. Sent two men when only one was working!
I scheduled an appointment with this company, but they never showed up. No phone call, no message—just completely ghosted. I never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Prompt but more expensive than I imagined.
