This is a fully equipped fitness and rehabilitation facility that is also open for public membership. The rates that are less than you would expect to pay for a gym membership. It has a pool, an indoor walking track, circuit fitness training equipment, free weights, treadmill, stationary bicycles and rowing machines. They also offer a variety of fitness classes.
