Excellent location. Great host. Super room. Very relaxing.
While on a west coast road trip from California to Vancouver island we stayed at the Francis. It started with a blind call in hopes of lodging during high season. The staff were incredibly helpful and made it work out for us. You feel like you’re staying with good friends in a safe and comfortable environment. Excellent value in a magical place. The photo is taken from inside the sauna on the property.
Our stay at the Francis was wonderful! The King Apartment was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was cozy and newly renovated, and the living room with the fireplace was very inviting. They’ll send you a video explaining how everything works. We loved the private balcony with chairs for enjoying coffee and breakfast outside. The bathtub was clean and comfortable, and the sauna was easy to use. After a couple of nights, I felt relaxed. Cozy, private, clean and new! Good walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants (not that the town is so large!!). Great hot tub and outdoor sauna for those cold nights. Highly recommend this inn.
Beautiful layout and location. Welcoming space. So much to enjoy while here; sauna, hot tub, being surrounded by trees and serenity. Highly recommend.
