I brought in an antique map of New York State to be framed, and the staff helped me pick out the perfect frame and matte and UV protective glass. They didn’t even try to upsell me on the museum glass, but I called back the next day to have it added. They did a beautiful job, and I love how the map looks in my office.
I had my very first custom framing experience with the Frame Shop and it turned out beautifully! The staff were SO patient as I considered different mat & frame combinations and I am thrilled with the end result!

They made a mistake in that the mat didn't fit the frame and now I have to wait another 4 days. Two things:They had the frame so why didn't they check it fit; and why couldn't they fix it that day? I LOVE supporting small businesses and in the scheme of life this isn't a big deal, just annoying.
