I went to The Frame Shop to have a painting from a friend custom framed. Shop owner, Emily, attentively listened to what I was looking for and pulled a bunch of options for me to consider and then helped me narrow it down to the perfect fit. I was SO happy with the finished product! This is a special shop and a gem among Ithaca's small businesses. I will be going there for my future framing projects.

I brought in an antique map of New York State to be framed, and the staff helped me pick out the perfect frame and matte and UV protective glass. They didn’t even try to upsell me on the museum glass, but I called back the next day to have it added. They did a beautiful job, and I love how the map looks in my office.
I had my very first custom framing experience with the Frame Shop and it turned out beautifully! The staff were SO patient as I considered different mat & frame combinations and I am thrilled with the end result!
