Great shop, I have used them several times and they are skilled and easy to work with.
I brought in 2 photos on 20 June to be framed for my wife's birthday. They said they were short staffed and it would take 2 weeks. Her birthday was one week away and they said they would send a mock up to show her in time for that day. No mock up came. I called and was assured the frame would be ready 9 July. I came by that day and it was not ready but they would send me the mock up right away. It wasn't forthcoming. I came by again on 17July and they promised it would absolutely be ready on 21July. The Frame shop is awesome. They are the only ones I trust to frame my cross stitch. They are so kind and helpful. They also are great to frame special keepsakes. I took my husband's crucifix and necklace with a picture of our daughter and her dad on her wedding day. There also was a wallet Father's Day card she had bought him years ago that he carried in his wallet. The crucifix was one she had bought him when she worked in a jewelry store in college.
