Jillian Poomcharoen is a great listener and provider. I love her bedside manner and sense of humor. I highly recommend her!

Probably one of the worst doctors office I’ve been to. Been going for 10+ years and only came here because my doctor transferred here. Been a nightmare ever since she left. The doctors don’t listen to your concerns/needs. The nurse practitioner Jillian doesn’t like to do her job. They just want your money and to constantly come back. Immediately found a new doctors office and can’t wait to leave this place behind. Was told to call the practice manager and don’t even bother. They never answer or call you back.

This was not only careless but borderline negligent. Discontinuing mental health medications without warning or support can have serious ... read more

New patient. Waited 2 months for an appointment. Never even got to see the new dr. His office called day before the appointment already rescheduling my appointment. Of course it's an unforseen emergency. Thats the standard excuse. And of course the office acts like it's no big deal you can reschedule. Off to a great start!!!!!!!

New patient here. Both the office staff and my doctor were great. I had not been to a doctor in some time and unfortunately had a laundry list of things to discuss, and Dr.Tagoe was patient and very informative. Only reason its not a 5 star is because it was my first visit but very happy with my first impression.
