The a/c stopped working in my wife’s 2011 Honda CRV and we have to pick up grandkids and run them around daily and take our 86 year old pops ( who lives with us) to all his appointments and shopping, so it was a real emergency to us. I called Fox and spoke to Lance and explained what was going on and he said bring it in. I got it there around 10 am and Lance called before lunch and said it was ready. GREAT customer service. Thanks so much!!!

Since moving to San Angelo I have always brought my vehicles to Lance. They do solid work that is affordable. The parking is limited and you may have to park on the street. They always answer the phone in a timely manner and are always nice and helpful. I'll always come here to get my cars fixed.

Sweet, friendly, dependable, and so very honest. Fathers, send your daughters here when they go to college at ASU. Lance is above board and just an all around great man. I will never call anyone else when I need a mechanic. He will diagnose your issue, fix it, guarantee his work, and he does phenomenal work. He will not do anything you don't need, and if you don't need it, he'll TELL YOU SO. I've never met a better man and staff in the business. Customer for life. 🙏🙏

The workers here are nothing short of amazing I moved to San Angelo from Canada for work and my vehicle has always struggled here in Texas. When things have gone wrong on the engine, Ricky, Josh, Lance, and Jeana are always quick to help. Thank you for always being so kind, understanding, and willing to listen to me and my worries about my old vehicle. Lance and his team are hands-down the ABSOLUTE BEST there is!! He has taken exceptional care of my vehicles over the years! He is honest, up-front, knowledgeable, and genuine. Here at The Fox Shop they are great people who will do right by you.
