Amazing prices and great food! We did a tea lunch with 2 sandwichs and desert and the food was amazing. You also got to smell all the tea options before you chose what one you wanted. I thought that was a wonderful idea!
Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I made reservations back in April for family who were visiting from out of province and specifically drove there for this experience. We arrived about 30 minutes early and waited well past our reservation time, but the doors were never unlocked and nobody ever let us in. This was a very unique and delightful experience!! I went for mini tea with my family and children and the staff there were so warm, friendly and welcoming. Sabrina was extremely kind to my five year old daughter who was excitedly soaking in the new experience. She even let her have a cute little tea cup to take home! The treats were very delicious too. The scones were amazing. I wish I had asked for some clotted cream but the the treats were just delicious. Thank you for the memorable experience!
It’s a unique spot, but the service really missed the mark. The owner, who was also serving us, made us feel like an inconvenience from the start. When I asked for sweetener, she just said “No” and walked away — no apology, no courtesy. For a bill over $100, being charged extra for clotted cream felt wrong, especially when it’s a standard part of a traditional tea service.
