Fowler machines on a good day are infested with black mold. When notifying staff their response was “sometimes it happens” The lack of integrity and morality of this family owned business is disgraceful. They are knowingly providing unsafe, unsanitary, and unhygienic services with no resolution. For your health and safety avoid this company.
I contact the numerous times of the faulty machines I'll wasted almost $50 plus detergent and bleach on washing my clothes and they never come clean or the drum does not rinse out and remove water efficiently. they are very much aware of it. they have not done the job to make sure the washing machine works properly. I'm about to contact my bank and tell him do a reverse charge. Promised repairs not happening. On hold waiting for next available agent then goto leave a message. Poorly managed service. I wouldn't recommend this company. Their nacto reload required card breaks down for days and breakdown is often almost every week to two weeks. Extremely fustrating. Given the fact only wayto do laundry
This is the absolute Worst company in existence. Their washers are in my apartment complex for us to pay to use, I constantly pay top dollar to use them. I have given these people over $4000. Never once have I had the pleasure of cleaning my clothes in a clean washer or dryer that works normally. If I can give 0 starts I'd gladly do. This is the worst laundry service company. Technicians take a whole week to show up; they are understaffed, and their services are lacking so much. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
