Exactly what others are saying, absolutely horrible machines and service. The washing machines Fowler installed in my building always smell like mildew. They never clean clothes well, and the dryers let off a nasty gas smell. Clothes NEVER smell freshly laundered in these garbage machines. Fowler is supposed to provide a monthly maintenance service, but they never come out. Machines have sludge and slime build up and mold growing in the detergent dispensers. Horrible customer service (I got hung up on twice) simply asking for a refund back to my card since I don’t use the app anymore and constantly told that they cannot give refunds even though 1. The option is available on the app so why deceive customers 2. I’ve asked about a refund policy or a user agreement that is written stating that I cannot get a refund and they could not provide that information. I am very frustrated and starting to feel like I have been scammed. Will try email. I would give 0 stars if I could
