This was our absolute best experience in Boston. Great food, good pour on the Guinness, and a friendly staff. We enjoyed it so much we ate there multiple times.
Fours visit 5/22/11 – My wife and I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Fours in Quincy today. She had the Fours Cobb Salad and their sweet potato fries, which she said were delicious, I had the Ted Williams fish sandwich which was very tasty. I ordered Onion rings with my sandwich. The onion rings did not appear to be home made. They were thick and not very tasty. They were like some of the ones I've tasted that were frozen and came out of a box. Food, drinks, atmosphere! Best memorabilia!! We love both locations. The menu used to be more extensive & a bit less expensive, but it's still worth the price. We live South of Boston & find the Quincy location convenient & a great place to bring out of state visitors.
Great food; Fun Atmosphere The Fours has been called the best sports bar in America by Sports Illustrated. And while I haven't had the pleasure of dining at quite every sports bar in America, I can certainly understand this place at least being in contention. The food has never disappointed. The Four's Sports Bar - Stick to the original The Fours in Quincy, MA is spin-off of the original in Boston, MA. The original was rated one of the US's best sports bars by Sports Illustrated. The Quincy branch leaves much to be desired. In a hard-to-find location off a parking lot in Quincy, MA. Went on a Monday Night Football night. The Fours The Fours is a VERY fun restaurant/pub to go and hang out in. They have great food (burgers, appetizers, etc...) and a fun atmosphere with TV's and a lively vibe.
