Trustworthy! It's important to be able to trust your mechanic. It's hard to trust them when every visit results in some sort of upcharge to the original quote. You know what I mean: you take your car in for a regular service and all of a sudden it's like, "Sorry, but the air in your tires needs to be changed. That will be another $250."
