I was visiting my girlfriend this weekend. I noticed their elevator permits are expired from 2.5 years old. I am going to contact the fire marshals. For them to even act like they have zero idea, is complete bs. They know the rules and the liability. Ridiculous. It clearly states that the permit needs to be visible in the elevator. Is it ever? Do not move here.
January 2 2025 Elevators are still expired since March 2023 and break down daily. Management stop being in the building Sept 12th for mold issues saying they couldn’t work and repairs would be done. They still aren’t here. They claim to be in and out but nobody can ever get anything resolved. The hot water is still and issue along with water leaks so water is shut off constantly. We didn’t have any Maintenance workers and I don’t think they’ve hired any still. I could go on and on but reading this lets you know nothing has c... read more
