My mom has been a resident there for about 3 years now. And she loves the Franklin community and how much it offers. Any problems maintenance responds the next day. I love the socializing with the other residences. Working as a nurse in rehab, I always refer Park of Franklin to my residents. Thank you

They also need to find better people to answer the phone. It's really starting to annoy me that I can call and ask hi, how are you and a weird lady says "fine" and nothing more. Where is the hospitality? No "how can I help you?" "I'm good thank you, and you?" What ever happened to customer service? Thanks Ida....
