They also need to find better people to answer the phone. It's really starting to annoy me that I can call and ask hi, how are you and a weird lady says "fine" and nothing more. I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the way this facility has treated my 74-year-old father, a military veteran, who has lived here for 9 years. After two unfortunate occurrences of bed bugs—one of which we successfully resolved with my assistance—the facility is now threatening to evict him, citing "health and safety" concerns. The second incident happened during a time when I was unable to assist as I had just undergone surgery and couldn't lift or move heavy items. I just left there filling out paperwork and seen how beautiful it is the office staff energy is great and they are very kind the apartment was nice and clean I love it there already I felt safe and at home can't wait to move in. MOVED IN AUGUST 30 2024 I LOVE IT HERE PEACEFUL AND PEOPLE ARE NICE AND FRIENDLY MY APARTMENT IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY🥰
