The Fountians At Countryside has the most rude and over reaching HOA in Tampa Bay Having purchased my home, I highly resent my HOA questioning individuals that come to my unit. Who they are why are they at my home. The HOA has very selective enforcement of the HOA rules. The home owners that are in HOA "clique" do not have the same ruels enforced as other's. hope this will forwarn any one considering moving to the Fountians At Countryside. If I had know what I know now I would have never bought here. The realestate agent never told me any of the issues with the HOA. I asked her direct questions about issues with the HOA and if they were over controlling. I had heard from different sources what it can be like to live in communty like this. She wanted to make the sale so she lied to me. What a surprise.
