Upon making our reservation over a month ago we stated multiple times we had an infant and would need a pack n play, and were assured it would be available and delivered to the room upon check in. We arrived today and am told there are none available on the entire property. A worker even went as far to say people earlier this week asked for one and they didn’t have one available for them earlier in the week either. We love The Fountains! On this visit, there was construction taking place on the building across from ours. We were in building 5. The construction noise was very loud very annoying. This being the only visit out of many, we will definitely return in the future. Everything else was perfect!
I love everything about this place and is the perfect location for everything
