Management has been responsive and professional. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, they’ve responded quickly, rent payments and renewals are easy Amber is doing a great job in managing the property and answering all necessary questions. And the place is really nice and relaxing esp in front of the fountain. Overall, this property is great and highly recommended.
This is definitely home… thanks to Buchhloz company. Clean, less noise, and living here is overall peaceful. With the high pricing of apartments, paying for utilities, Buchhloz company makes life easy. Maintenance repairs are done within a short notice. Thank u so much Amber 🤗
I would highly recommend The Fountains, if you're looking for an apartment in South Fargo. I was there for almost 7 years. Amber is a great manager, Will is great with responding quickly to maintenance requests and does excellent work. The only reason I decided to move was an upgrade to central air and heated underground parking.
Buchholz is the best property management company I've rented from. Highly-responsive service, a great building, and a great location are all major selling points for this building. I'm ONLY moving because I want something that's pet friendly. If you choose The Fountains, you'll be happy!
