I would highly recommend The Fountains, if you're looking for an apartment in South Fargo. I was there for almost 7 years. Amber is a great manager, Will is great with responding quickly to maintenance requests and does excellent work. The only reason I decided to move was an upgrade to central air and heated underground parking.
Buchholz is the best property management company I've rented from. Highly-responsive service, a great building, and a great location are all major selling points for this building. I'm ONLY moving because I want something that's pet friendly. If you choose The Fountains, you'll be happy!

Hello, I have lived there twice now and the mgmt is awesome! Amber is the best person to work with. She is very prompt and professional. I recommend this place for anyone that wants to have the perfect apartment experience. I also want to give a shout out to maintenance. Will is the best! He is very fast and helpful. 5 stars!
