Crossfit Foundry is the best Crossfit in Chicagoland I have worked out at. Justin, owner of the gym is professional and passionate business man who really cares every client of his in person. Trainers Matt Holden is the rockstar and cool guy to work with. His communication is awesome and he is very professional and humorous guy.
