Just got off the phone to the reception and they put the phone down on me all I was asking about was a repeat for my mental health meds and got told they couldn't give it yo me over the phone
worst service i could possibly imagine. you wanna train that receptionist you have not to be so rude and depressing. your job is to help people. act like it.
The foundry town clinic in Aberdare really make me sad today, 27th of March 2023 to see my sick kid really stress and unhappy, she has been sick with headache, very high temperatures and sore throat, I phone the surgery at 8am and I have to always beg for an appointment near by home surgery since both Aberaman surgery and the foundry town clinic are working together and I don't drive and my kid are weak to walk and most time we always have to wait longer in cold weather or raining, so thank God am lucky this time to have one... read more
