The classes are led by the most amazing instructors with amazing souls that only want to see you thrive in the hot room and outside of it as well. Come try it out! I joined the Foundry Yoga since 2014, when I moved to Scottsdale. I love all the classes offered at the studio. While I initially started going there for Bikram (hot) yoga, the studio now offers a variety of classes, which is great. It keeps me motivated and contributes to my overall fitness goals. I absolutely love my experience at The Foundry! This place has truly become my sanctuary all over again. Whether it's a heated yoga, HIIT, barre, or Pilates, the classes here are exceptional. The heat adds an amazing element to the practice, helping me detox, improve flexibility, and increase my strength while also promoting relaxation and focus. The Foundry is hands down one of the best studios I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, encouragement, and a true sense of community. I absolutely love this studio and all of the instructors. They provide a variety of different classes and instructors so it never feels boring or repetitive and I have tried most classes. It’s such a good workout and I feel like my body has transformed by making this part of my weekly routine. Everyone is friendly and supportive.
