PROs: Nice selection of weights and some cardio equipment too, very friendly staff and clientele who make you feel like a friend from day one, clean, not too crowded (usually), 24 hours. CONs: No showers (unless they put them in after I left) I was a member for a year or so. I only left because Foundry isn't really close to my home, nor is it on my way to work, etc, but that's not their fault.

Small but they have everything you need to get it done. All access with your phone. You pay for day pass and buy drinks and supps with your phone.

The Foundry is an excellent gym for lifters of all levels. While it might feel intimidating at first, it stands out from places like Crunch or Planet Fitness due to its welcoming community. Members are approachable, always ready to offer guidance, and working in with a stranger is never an issue. The price is on the higher side, but it’s understandable given the gym’s growth; and the gritty atmosphere adds to its appeal. The only downside for me is the lack of a shower and locker room. I had trouble getting a membership through their website and right away, the owner met me at the gym and took time out of his evening to help set me up! The owner is beyond welcoming and is passionate about his business! On top of great customer service, the gym has great machines, great music, and an aesthetically pleasing environment to work out in! If you’re in any hesitation to find the right gym for you, this is the one with flying colors!
