Nice studio with two practice rooms, showers, and props. Welcoming environment and skilled teachers. Adonna has always been an amazingly skilled teacher with great flows, and I’m glad I found her here after another studio I loved closed down, sadly.
Easily the best yoga studio in Flagstaff, no question. I'd say it's one of the best studios I've been to anywhere also and I've practiced in multiple states. Staff are super friendly, it's incredibly clean (which I appreciate a great deal you have no idea) and there's some really good teachers here. Gabrielle's classes are excellent! I can tell she put a lot of planning and thought into her vinyasa flows and yin.
