Lots of different class times (and NOT only in the middle of the day), really nice facilities, and all the instructors are really friendly. They offer yoga, pilates, HIIT, barre, all in the hot room!
If you are looking for a hot yoga place in Flagstaff you MUST visit The Foundary Flagstaff! I always feel welcomed and appreciated at this yoga studio. All skill levels are welcome and even on a “hard” day the teachers are incredibly supportive and make me feel welcome daily! The Foundary is also extremely clean!! Thank you so much to all of you teachers and staff! I love going here!!
