Did my first class in January and kept coming back. I'm so glad I found this place.
The Foundry has been my home for many years. It is a place where everyone is welcomed, cherished, supported, nurtured, and treated as a friend. The community here is so strong and loving, and the yoga and fitness teachers are diverse and amazing. I am proud to be a part of The Foundry Flagstaff team!

I moved to Flagstaff not long ago, and on my second day in town, I walked into The Foundry. It’s no exaggeration to say it’s been life-changing. The sense of community and the quality of the teachers are truly unmatched—better than any studio I’ve been to before. What started as a search for a solid 26 & 2 class quickly turned into something so much more. I’ve since fallen in love with their Pilates, flow, yin, barre, and HIIT classes.
