Did my first class in January and kept coming back. I'm so glad I found this place.
I’ve had the best yoga and fitness experiences here at the foundry in flag. The classes are amazing and push you mentally, physically, and spiritually, and all in the best ways! The teacher and classes are seriously 10/10
I moved to Flagstaff not long ago, and on my second day in town, I walked into The Foundry. It’s no exaggeration to say it’s been life-changing. The sense of community and the quality of the teachers are truly unmatched—better than any studio I’ve been to before. The Foundry is hands down the best studio I’ve ever been to! The variety of classes—hot Pilates, hot yoga, hot HIIT, and hot barre—means there’s always something to challenge and inspire me. The instructors are amazing: super encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you grow stronger every time you walk through the door.
