There are few things I will voluntarily get up at 6AM for, but hot yoga at the Foundry is an exemption. Teachers are phenomenal and the space is always clean and welcoming.
Gabrielle is a phenomenal instructor. Her flow classes are really refreshing. To me, the classes start off a bit yin, enter a little hatha where I can dig into the pose, and then she ends with a vinyasa flow with peak poses for a challenge. The class always feels very full circle. (and somehow she comes up with a new sequence every week!) Her cueing is also top notch. I can close my eyes and know exactly what pose she is cueing. Love all the heated studios here in Flagstaff, but have found that the Foundry is my favorite! From the amazing teachers to the comfortable space and full classes this place is amazing! The Pilates classes fix my back, the Flow classes help me find meditation and keep my mind and body calm, and HIIT to help keep me strong! Thank you Foundry for reshaping my body and fitness!
I join a class at the foundry every chance I get. The more I do, the better I seem to feel. Preston in particular is such a talented instructor. I always leave his classes feeling amazing.
