Elevators are broken or smell constantly. Trash piles up at trash chutes because they get full. Impossible to get management to respond to anything.
We've lived here for a few months now and it is amazing. One of the best sound insulated apartments we've lived in - the only time we hear our neighbors is if their TV is playing a heavy bass. The location is perfect, the windows are huge, and they even have a monthly book club! My only complaint is the in unit washing machines are kind of small but that's not bad as far as apartment living goes.
When we moved in the toilet was broken and constantly cycling water. We put in a work order and they eventually fixed it, but we got charged a couple hundred extra dollars for water that month because they didn't make sure everything was in working order when we moved in. They said we couldn't get re-imbursed for the error that they made.
Their dedicated concierge team is outstanding. I am especially grateful to Reginald, who went above and beyond to help me locate a missing package. His calm, warm, and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease during a stressful situation. Reginald truly deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service!
