Fethy was great at helping us fix things in our apartment.
I had a great experience with the maintenance technician, Fethy, who came to fix my A/C. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the issue resolved quickly. He told me to call him back anytime if the issue resurfaced which gave me peace of mind. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
Fethy is an incredible maintenance worker. He was so helpful and quick! I put in a request for my smoke detector and he was at my apartment in a matter of minutes and out just a couple minutes later. Great work!
I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Ms. Nikki, the concierge. I was unexpectedly hospitalized, and during that time she stepped in and helped make sure my dog was taken care of. That meant more to me than I can really put into words. I’m truly grateful for her and everything she did.
The staff was very knowledgeable of property and amenities as well extremely courteous. Awesome customer service too!! Maintenance team is very responsive!
