I am incredibly disappointed with the service. I came to borrow the moving card at 9:04 am, and was told that no one was available to assist me from 9 to 10 am, even though the front desk is supposed to be 24/7. This lack of availability is unacceptable. This is just one of many reasons why I'm moving out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX.
I recently moved out after living here for one year. The area is fantastic, very safe with a lot around and close to Old Town. The metro station is right across the street. The building itself is fine, I only put in one maintenance request and it was taken care of promptly. The maintenance staff I encountered were nice. Amazing service!!!! I walked in and I got a little lost, but then this sweet lady came and saved the day!! Karen is an amazing employee and she showed me where to go!!! As well as the leasing manager Kayson ! He went ahead and gave me a tour of the place and it was spectacular!!!!!! I loved my visit !!!
I added a roommate and paid almost $300 in application fees, yet management still has not approved the application. Even worse, they warned my roommate that they cannot use any common spaces while we wait. This is unacceptable and feels like taking money without providing fair treatment or basic respect. Tenants deserve accountability, transparency, and professionalism—none of which this property management has shown. Renters should think twice before moving here.
I was charged almost $500 for water and sewer in one month, even though I was out of town for part of that time. When I came back, I found the toilet had broken by itself and was constantly flushing. I reported it right away and submitted a maintenance request, but management has done nothing to fix the billing issue. Instead of helping, they just send threats about late fees and penalties.
