It’s been a great experience so far with the new management team, more specifically Daniel. If you’re gonna tour, do your best to get him. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and client service was superb. Absolutely phenomenal.
The staff was super helpful and kind, especially Jack! He was able to answer all my questions in depth and in a timely manner. Thanks Jack!
Ive been here 3yrs. Ive chosen not to renew my lease. Primary reason: the property manager and many on the leasing offce team. You can read the other reviews and see a similar theme. Good news, residents received notice that the management is being replaced outright. The one spotlight is the maintenance team. Every team memebr exemplified professionalism, prompt response, and always greeted me even when not addressing an apartment issue. Warning to anyone thinking about The Foundry Apartments – do not waste your time here. The management is rude, unprofessional, and completely careless. After submitting my application, I went to the office to solve a simple issue, but the manager treated me with zero respect. When I tried to show him the problem on my phone, he ignored me to my face and refused to even look. I had a really disappointing experience at The Foundry. I scheduled a tour in advance, expecting a thorough walk-through and the opportunity to ask questions about the property. Unfortunately, the leasing agent I met with rushed through the entire appointment and made it clear she was pressed for time. After about 20 minutes of seeing 3 apartments, the leasing agent walked my daughter and I back to her office and asked if we had any questions.
