10/10 would recommend great gym great events amazing staff
Came here to learn Muay Thai, Abe (The Owner) has taught me discipline, confidence, and how to keep my gloves from becoming a biohazard. He’s dealt with my endless questions, and probably more than he signed up for, but has taught me way more than just how to fight. I’m leaving in two weeks and I didn’t expect saying goodbye to this place would be hard. Definitely more than just a gym.
I am writing to share my feedback on the gym. The guest service is excellent, and it provides a very friendly environment. The facility is well-equipped with free weights, cardio machines, and areas for martial arts and boxing. Kid friendly, daycare services for parents that need to workout, no excuse. Peak hours are not bad at all, and I would highly recommend this gym to everyone. Best regards, Mario Crapps
