While this community looks nice on the surface, my experience living here for two years was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was noise. The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin, and the soundproofing is unlike anything I’ve experienced in an apartment. I could hear neighbors talking, arguing, watching TV, walking around, moving furniture — even brushing their teeth, using the bathroom, and their phone alarms going off every morning. I could hear noise from all directions, and it went far beyond what I’d consider ... read more
Living here is like Netflix's new series "Worst neighbor ever". Season 1: I lived below a child who clearly trained for Olympic track events inside their living room. Here, the walls are so paper-thin that if I so much as cough or sauté some onions, my new... read more

The apartments themselves look great, and the maintenance team was always quick to respond to any concerns. Unfortunately residents don't clean up after themselves, we regularly saw dog urine in the elevator. Trash overflowing when you first enter the building. The walls are extremely thin that you will consistently hear everything from ne... read more

I have a severe back problem and wa... read more
