Great staff, good amenities.
The management team here has been so incredibly helpful and friendly. I've never had such genuine care afforded to my family before. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment itself is modern, and it's very close to everything you need. I could not recommend the Foundmore enough.
Do not try living here!!! Horrible when it comes to noise from the neighbors! Walls are so thin, we can literally hear everything from footsteps to music from the tenant above us! Footsteps is one thing, but to hear their music loud and clear like it’s playing in our apartment is crazy. Don’t do it, it will be a mistake.
On paper, this community looks great — it’s new, has a beautiful clubhouse, and the amenities seem appealing. But my actual experience here was the opposite, and I strongly would not recommend living here. Management is extremely strict and made my time here unnecessarily stressful. I received repeated noise complaints from the neighbor below me, even though I went out of my way to avoid issues — including spending nights in the clubhouse instead of my own apartment.
