We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Founders Room. The beachfront location of the venue is incredible and the layout is perfect for a more relaxed vibe where guests can be either indoors or outdoors throughout the event. We opted for a canapé style reception and received multiple compliments from our guests on the food. I had my wedding at Wanda on 7 March 2026 and Michael was so easy to deal with in the lead up and on the day. He was so relaxed, that it made me relaxed. Nothing was an issue and he was so easy going. The whole day was perfect, I wouldn't have changed a thing. The food, decorations, setup, staff, flowing drinks, everything was so good! We recently had our wedding at the Founders Room and it was the perfect venue for us. Michael and his team were nothing but helpful from the day we secured the venue to the day of our wedding. This venue are an all-in-one, providing food and beverage packages as well as full venue set up for ceremony and reception. This made our wedding planning so much easier than we could’ve imagined. Wow Wow Wow! 10/10 would highly recommend The Founders Room for your next event. We had our wedding here and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the most perfect day/night! We were supposed to have our ceremony on the outdoor terrace but with a crazy storm out of no where minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, the team were super quick to move everything inside and have the inside set up for the most perfect ceremony. I booked this venue for my wedding on 25/12/24. My wedding date was 11/10/25. I PAYID Michael $2000 to his personal account as per his request. No official documentation was signed. This did not bother me as at the time we were friends. Only 10 weeks later on March 7th did we decide to cancel as we decided on another venue that better suited what we were after for our wedding day.
