Worst gym in the Kansas City area hands down, Stay away and save yourself the trouble
STAY AWAY. This gym is is terrible! I signed up with this gym back in late 2024 and went a handful of times. At the time the gym was terrible, machines needing upkeep there was mold in the showers under the mats and they had no hot water and both showers the valves were messed up. I signed up around November and sent in my termination paperwork in december. Never heard back until 3+months later im being called about 57$ monthly payment. I’ve worked out at the gym in Manhattan and had a great experience, so I came to the Westport location with high expectations, and it completely exceeded them. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is always spotless. I’m especially impressed by the wide variety of equipment. They truly have every machine you could need and even more. Overall, I’ve been more than satisfied and would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
