I love this gym out of all the gyms in Manhattan. And Mitchell is the kindest employee at this establishment
I started coming here in 2023 when I first moved to Manhattan. Even after moving away for a year, I kept coming back. I’m now back in town and I’m so glad to be back. Our new assistant manager, Mitchell, is awesome. He’s friendly and helps out new members. If you haven’t checked it out, you should!

Gym is the best in Manhattan, Mitchell, my favorite front desk worker, really cool to talk to and gives great advice.
Very clean and cool gym. Has a optional Bible study on Thursday nights, which is super awesome! Mitchell was very helpful at the front desk
