I feel bad whenever I write a bad review but I just have to say this gym needs a serious deep cleaning and to address the sulfur smell. The ladies locker room is filthy. The shower is covered in trash and hair (clearly not being used) and the “sauna” smells like something died in there. When you first walk in you can smell a strong sulfur/sweat odor. Very disappointed with the liberty gym! The gym its self is fine. The problem is I spent over a month trying to get a trainer. Made several appointments with one which got cancelled at the last moment. Tried reaching out to the second with no response. So I gave up joining a different gym signed up with a trainer right away. The foundation didn’t even care when I cancelled my membership!
Best gym in Kansas City. Kyra upfront made getting signed up easy
