We worked with Alex and his team at The Foundation Experts for an extensive repair/waterproofing/insulation job in our 1940s home and are incredibly happy! The Foundation Experts did an excellent job and resolved the issue. The Alex and team on the ground was a pleasure to deal with, providing guidance and explanations as the work progressed, along with options. The timely updates and communications ensured we were aligned with the work plan and the timeline. Over the better part of October 2025, The Foundation Experts sealed our foundation and repaired a corner of our garage. Alex, the General Manager, is a seasoned, competent professional as were his crew, Stephan and Jaymee. This was heavy duty skilled labour performed at a high level in not the best of weather. Alex provided regular updates, organized the job seamlessly and kept the job site tidy. Our sincere thanks to Alex and his team. Job well done!

Our garage was built in the late 1950s and the brick foundation was in some need of repairs and we also needed to replace the garage floor replaced. We had previous work done by The Foundation Experts Inc. when we renovated our basement so we had Alex come out and give us a quote for the foundation repairs. I was impressed by The Foundation Experts Inc. and the work that they did on the foundation at my home back in 2006, so it was an easy decision to call them when I wanted to address longstanding foundation issues at our childhood home, recently bequeathed to my brother, sister and me.
