I placed an order for specialty prints and had a minor issue with the first shipment. I reached out to Saundra to let her know, not expecting much — just wanted them to be aware. She took my concerns seriously, responded promptly, and offered to reprint and reship the entire order at no cost to me, no questions asked. I had a disappointing experience with Fototechnika. While I was on vacation in Florida, I dropped off a roll of film (Kodak Gold 200) for development and made it clear that I was returning home to Wilkes-Barre before it would be finished. No one mentioned that there would be an additional shipping fee to send my film back to me. I already paid the $10 development fee, so being told later that I owed another $18 came as a surprise because that was never explained when I dropped the film off. Love this place! I bring my film here all the time to get developed it’s affordable and comes back fast, they also call me right away and send film through email! Also the workers are so sweet and friendly. Film also comes out beautifully.
