I had a disappointing experience with Fototechnika. While I was on vacation in Florida, I dropped off a roll of film (Kodak Gold 200) for development and made it clear that I was returning home to Wilkes-Barre before it would be finished. No one mentioned that there would be an additional shipping fee to send my film back to me. I already paid the $10 development fee, so being told later that I owed another $18 came as a surprise because that was never explained when I dropped the film off. Love this place! I bring my film here all the time to get developed it’s affordable and comes back fast, they also call me right away and send film through email! Also the workers are so sweet and friendly. Film also comes out beautifully.
The quality of my print was excellent and the turn around exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately there is no price list to review before printing., I was quoted an estimate of $30 but experienced sticker shock when I was charged over $50.
This establishment has a very tech scanner that can do more tasks my 3 scanners can. Customer service experience is above board. Erik assisted me with my tasks, he put to order. Waiting for the results.
