Absolutely the best staff of any gym I've ever been to! Good range of equipment and even better cleanliness and atmosphere. Edit: been coming here for a few years now, and the staff and facilities continue to impress! My husband and I come four times a week, and I feel better about my health than I ever have before.
It's a nice gym.

Excellent facility. Friendly staff, accommodating hours. Special shout-out to Matt and Rayna who are two of the best humans around and the reason the Forum is top-notch. Also a special nod to the early-morning kettlebell class. Rockstars!
