Went in for extraction and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Tooth was removed painlessly and quickly and the follow up calls were appreciated. Great service and team
The whole team were great I love that Dr Ebi sings along with the music in his surgery, certainly takes your mind off the procedure. His assistant, whose name I don't remember, was lovely, explained next steps before I left. There was no rushing to get you out of the door. The whole place is very clean, tidy and well organised.
My nurse and oral surgeon were friendly, very efficient and for a back tooth I was very pleased with the results as I have had no significant pain or swelling. My thanks to the team.
Referred for extraction of impacted wisdom tooth. Communication was excellent, reception staff were very friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The dental surgeon was quick and efficient and the dental nurses were lovely, friendly and reassuring. The follow up telephone call was really appreciated. I would not be nervous if I had to return for a further procedure.
