RecommendedFriendly staff, great food, love my apartment and that it is pet friendly. Can't beat the location - close to everything I need.
The inpatient and outpatient therapy programs are awesome.! Very experienced team of physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist to ensure all therapy needs are met and are individualized to help the residents. I highly recommend therapy with this dedicated group of therapist for inpatient, outpatient or personal fitness.
My in-laws have been at the Forum for a year and a half. Currently they are both on the unit for moderate to severe dementia (The Bridge for Discovery). I think they receive good care. I especially like the activities director, Marilyn.
