We are truly pleased with the competency and friendliness of Conrado, Mary Rose, front desk Zaria , and the rest of the staff - all so helpful with my mom’s move into a nice roomy studio apartment with a screened in patio . It’s only been a couple of weeks so will update as the time goes . We know my mom has to acclimate herself to the independent living luxury life !
My wife and I visited the forum at Deer Creek and we were very pleased with what we saw. Everyone was kind Caring and helpful. Conrado The sales director was very knowledgeable.
My mother in law leaves at the Forum's independent living, so I recommended the place to my friends, two sisters in their early 80s. I made an appointment with Mary Rose B. What an excellent experience. Mary Rose was very knowledgeable and forthright in all of her answers. After going through the many offerings like fitness center, physical therapy center, library, card room, hair salon, entertainment venues, swimming pool, outside areas, we had a tour of two units that met the sisters' criteria.
