While we did not end up placing my father at The Pointe at Deerfield for logistical reasons (proximity), I wanted to take a moment to write a review that might be helpful to others who are in the process of searching for an appropriate assisted living home for their loved one. Daniel makes me give this review five stars without hesitation. I am at the beginning of my search gathering information for an aging relative. From the moment I contacted Daniel he has amazing interpersonal and Customer Service skills. Calls you right back sends you information via email immediately was going above and beyond sending me videos of a possible short term room so I could share it with my relative. The Independent Living section of The Forum is a very nice place and I would recommend it - the staff engages with the residents and the atmosphere is positive and inviting. They have fun and inviting activities and are kind and accepting. Stacia is off the charts - she is a lovely, compassionate and caring lady who thrives on showing love and inclusiveness to the residents. Mom truly enjoyed it there.
