The people there failed to fit him correctly or at all, then sent him out the door with a size 12 Boot and refuses to exchange them for a pair that fits. Because while trying to wear these oversized boots for less then 10 minutes he scuffed the toe. Wonderful staff, always greet you when you walk in even if they’re helping another customer, check on you several times throughout your visit, and eager to answer all questions. Amazing selection of boots, especially in the women’s sizes 10 and 11, most stores I go to have 7 pair of one style. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need another pair of boots!
