I can't say enough nice things about this place. The coaches from Yoga, to EYS, to Bunker are all professional courteous and welcoming you always get a proper warm up and a introduction to the movements that are going to take place during class. The front desk and member services are also amazing. I am very happy here and have been a member for more then a year! Thank for all the staff at the fort you have made a huge difference in my day to day.

I’ve been a member of the Fort for 1.5 years now and it was the best move and decision I could have made. The classes and instructors are just awesome. I was very nervous going to the Earn Your Stripes (EYS) class that first day. The instructor was Coach Jo and she immediately welcomed and comforted me and made me feel right at home. I generally take EYS and Bunker classes and many times it is with Coach Jo.
