The Fort in Oceanport is something special. You feel it as soon as you walk in. Cole sets the tone right away, and Lauren made signing us up easy and welcoming. The instructors are all strong. Amy, Niki, and Shannel push you, but always make sure you’re doing things the right way. They each bring their own style, but the consistency is there. Just finished my 4th kettlebell foundation class tonight and it’s easily become one of my top favorite classes! Edwin is an amazing coach and motivator!! He knows how to keep the energy going while also ensuring everyone’s form is correct throughout the class. Would love to see more kettlebell foundation classes with him during the week!!!
